The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Oct. 5-11, answered 1,568 calls, including 74 that were booked on a total of 1145 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Faith Jacqueline Aguirre, 25, of 4881 Taylor Circle, Collegedale, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 5 for financial transaction card theft. Aguirre was released on $1,500 bond.

Joshua Aaron Hearn, 31, of 599 Woodland Ridge Road, Dunlap, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 5 for five counts of entering an auto, identity fraud and financial transaction card theft.

Hannah Alysia Johns, 22, of 9012 Quail Mountain Drive, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 5 for bond surrender on possession of tools for the commission of a crime. Johns was released on $3,500 bond.

Michael Zane Phillips, 21, of 1305 Frederick Drive, East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 5 for possession of Schedule II drugs. Phillips was released on $4,500 bond.

Brandi Michelle Byerly, 23, of 123 Castleberry St., Rossville, was arrested Oct. 6 for probation violation and simple battery under the family violence act.

Deborah Lynne Brogdon, 51, of 150 McCarty Road, Chickamauga, was arrested Oct. 8 for probation violation and hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Matthew Gordon Lawson, 35, of 81 Mark Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 9 for kidnapping, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, terroristic threats, criminal trespass and two counts of cruelty to children third degree. Bond has been set at $36,500.

Donald Aaron Farmer, 48, of 83 Deakins Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 10 for possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute.

Jessica Constance Gilreath, 24, of 112 Country Green Road, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 10 for probation violation.

Jessica Nicole McClure, 23, of 1830 Fant Drive, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Oct. 10 for possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of Schedule III drugs.

Carmen Murray, 31, of 1219 N 7th St., Nashville, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 10 for probation violation.

Velvet Leah Walker, 33, of 22 Starview Lane, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 10 for two counts of theft by taking. Walker was released on $7,500 bond.

Shannon Yvonne Waters, 35, of 402 Hollywood Drive, Rossville, was arrested Oct. 10 for probation violation.

Mark Dewayne Chambers, 35, of 5735 Hwy 153 Hixson, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 11 for bond surrender on theft by conversion, driving on revoked or suspended license, operation of vehicle without a valid tag and open container. Bond has been set at $8,500.

Roy David Cook IV, 45, of 93 Midway Ave., Rossville, was arrested Oct. 11 for probation violation.

Joshua Rowland Lamb, 25, of 156 Heritage Drive, Chickamauga, was arrested Oct. 11 for probation violation.

Michael Lee Simpson, 31, of 273 Lazy Oak Trail, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 11 for two counts of probation violation.
