Jennifer Johnson Ellison, 50, of 277 Mitchell Lane, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 27 for two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime of distribution of Schedule II drugs and four counts of use of a communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony.
Kaeli Waymon Ellison, 21, of 277 Mitchell Lane, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 27 for two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime of distribution of Schedule II drugs and three counts of use of a communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony.
Justin Paul Hera, 23, of 236 Colony Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 27 for three counts of conspiracy to commit a crime of distribution of Schedule II drugs and two counts of use of a communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony.
Auner Eliazar Landaverde, 22, of 4162 Singtree Place, Norcross, was arrested Jan. 27 for two counts of criminal attempt – aggravated child molestation and two counts of computer pornography. Bond has been set at $30,000.
Marcus Antonio Marin, 19, of 118 Kailors Cove, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 27 for entering an auto. Marin was sentenced to probation and released.
Brittany Derie Baker, 21, of 1507 Hickory Valley Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 28 for two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs, false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state and a probation violation.
Johnny Balkman Burns, 43, of 379 Villanow Mill Creek, LaFayette, was arrested Jan. 28 for two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs, false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state, driving on revoked or suspended license, probation violation and a hold for walker county sheriff’s office.
Benjamin Lee Chester, 40, of 115 Hickory Valley Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 28 for two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana less than one ounce. Bond has been set at $14,500.
Danny Vorachack, 21, of 12 Cooper Lane, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 28 for possession of marijuana for sale or distribution, possession of marijuana more than one ounce, and giving false name or address to law enforcement officer. Vorachack was released on $16,000 bond.
Daniel Lee Capes, 25, of 219 Hollywood Drive, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 30 for aggravated battery under the family violence act, terroristic threats and acts under the family violence act and two counts of cruelty to children 3rd degree. Capes was released on $14,000 bond.
Benny Paul Cochran Jr., 28, of 8 Wing Foot Trail, Cartersville, was arrested Jan. 30 for a probation violation.
Cody Duane Martin, 19, of 4156 Hwy 225 N, Chatsworth, was arrested Jan. 30 for theft by receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude and hold for Dalton police department. Martin was released on $7,500 bond.
Ronald Lenard Robinson, 37, of 5624 Saint Mary Road, Columbus, was arrested Jan. 30 for a bench warrant for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and a hold for federal correctional institution.
Timothy Alan Sosebee, 47, of 2202 Ridgeway Road, Trion, was arrested Jan. 30 for a probation violation.
George Andrel Drumea, 27, of 232 Ashton Lake Court, Sugar Hill, was arrested Jan. 31 for two counts of criminal attempt – aggravated child molestation, two counts of computer pornography and possession of a firearm or knife while trying to commit a crime.
James Kenneth Hanson, 36, of 301 Corey Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 31 for sexual exploitation of a child. Bond has been set at $5,000.
Charles Arthur Kyle, 41, of 3654 Wachula St., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 31 for two counts of robbery, aggravated assault, financial transaction card fraud and identity fraud.
Phillip Lamar Rockholt, 45, of 155 Summit Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 1 for a parole violation.
Andy Anchondo, 25, of 619 Colony Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Feb. 2 for interference with government property and criminal trespass.
Casey Jedediah Brown, 31, of 65 Alex Circle, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 2 for failure to register as a sex offender.
Samantha Dianne Floyd, 27, of 1836 South Prairie Road, Hixson, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 2 for two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of terroristic threats and acts.
Rhonda Marie Hood, 44, of 12595 Hwy 41, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Feb. 2 for a probation violation.
