Arrests

Rocky William Davis, 21, of 1511 West Spring Creek, Trion, was arrested on Oct. 30, for computer pornography and child exploitation act of 1999, electronically furnishing obscene materials to minor, and criminal attempt of child molestation. Davis was released on a $30,000 bond.

James Michael Bentley, 21, of 584 Pine Grove Access Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Oct. 30, for theft by deception, and forgery in the first degree. Bentley was released on a $3,500 bond.

Michael Douglas Hammond, 21, of 108 7th Ave N.W., Winchester, was arrested on Oct. 31, for a bench warrant for aggravated assault.

Terry Lynn Hogan, 46, of 209 Beech St., Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 1, for murder and aggravated assault.

Jeremy Franklin Stoker, 18, of 100 Perrin Ave., Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 1, for 3 counts of entering an auto, and driving on expired license.

Steven Taylor Garren, 18, of 40 Ridgeway Circle, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 1, for 2 counts of entering an auto.

Brian Lynn Cook, 43, of 3158 Esplanade Circle, Atlanta, was arrested on Nov. 2, for probation violation.

Alicia Lee Lile, 25, homeless, was arrested on Nov. 2, for 3 Counts of forgery in the first degree and obstruction or hindering an law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $13,000.

Carl Richard Morgan, 23, of 101 Reed Road, Trenton, was arrested on Nov. 2, for a bench warrant for unlawfully possession of a controlled substance. The bench warrant was terminated and Morgan was released.

Steven Lynn Reeves, 40, of 809 W. Florida St., Evansville, Ind., was arrested on Nov. 2, for 3 counts of forgery in the first degree. Bond has been set at $10,500.

Quincy Jermaine Swanson, 24, of 3227 McKenzie Road, East Point, was arrested on Nov. 2, for forgery in the first degree. Bond has been set at $3,500.

Kayleigh June Yates, 18, of 283 Brock Circle, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 2, for 2 counts of entering an auto. Yates was released on a $10,000 bond.

James Paul Gann, 30, of 510 Cone Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 2, for burglary and hold for East Ridge PD. Gann Was released on a $5,000 bond.

Michelle Darlene Shirley, 34, of 778 Burnt Mill Road, Flintstone, was arrested on Nov. 2, for felony theft by shoplifting. Shirley was released on a $2,500 bond.

Amerka Ledyi Faires, 46, of 68 South Moore Road, East Ridge, was arrested on Nov. 4, for two counts of burglary. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Donna Marie Price, 44, of 71 Windish Circle Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 4, for probation violation.

Julia Marie Hicks, 18, of 1301 Chamberlain Ave., Chattanooga, was arrested on Nov. 4, for two counts of entering an auto. Hicks was released on a $10,000 bond.

Rodney Edward Christian, 33, of 108 S Cedar Lane, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 4, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Joshua Adam Hughes, 20, of 1652 Lake Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Nov. 4, for probation violation.

Holly Eugenia Collins, 43, of 935 Baggett Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 4, for probation violation.

Christopher Dale Driggers, 39, of 40 Ridgeway Circle, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 5, for probation violation.

Lonnie Edward Thomas, 40, of 2669 Old Hwy 27, Trion, was arrested on Nov. 5, for felony deposit account fraud. Bond has been set at $2500.

Brandon Lee Ellis, 24, of 402 Peach Tree Circle Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 5, for probation violation.

Jessica Nichole Wilhoite, 20, of 28 Elaine Circle, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 5, for theft by taking. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Jenny Darlene Holcomb, 32, of 63 Shope Ridge Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 5, for manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of Schedule II drugs.

Amanda Leshelle Malone, 23, of 3310 Gleason Circle, Chattanooga, was arrested on Nov. 5, for manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of Schedule II drugs.

Joseph Estel Sledge Jr., 47, of 243 Key West Ave., Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 5, for manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of Schedule II drugs.

William David Henry, 40, of 7102 Holland Lane Apt B, East Brainerd, was arrested on Nov. 5, for manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of Schedule II drugs.

James Randall Smith, 32, of 7506 John Henry Road, Chattanooga, was arrested on Nov. 5, for manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of Schedule II drugs.
