Elementary students at Oakwood Christian Academy welcomed author, illustrator and publisher of Be Sweet Productions, Pam Alexander, on her recent visit to Chickamauga. Alexander visited OCA to offer a lively presentation to the students which included teaching about Georgia and sharing about her book series. These stories, which detail the adventures of “Jeremiah” and “Yumion”, have been an enormous success. They were featured in the Southern Living Magazine, the Georgia Magazine, the Travel Channel, television stations across the state and numerous newspaper articles.
